Biography
Supervising Faculty: Orlando Rios
Zach has a background in physics with a research focus on correlated electron material, such as the FeAs family of superconductors. After receiving his bachelor's degree in physics from the University of Tennessee he began pursuing research in fields relating more to materials science and energy materials. Today he is developing a new alloy for light weighting of the existing internal combustion engine fleet.
