Genome Science and Technology (GST)
Edanur Oksuz is a Ph.D. candidate in the Genome Science and Technology program, working with Dr. Paul Abraham at Oak Ridge National Laboratory. She has gained research experience through internships across multiple academic labs as an undergraduate, spanning computational systems biology, genomics, and transcriptomics.
Education
She received her B.S. in Molecular Biology and Genetics from Middle East Technical University in Ankara, Turkey, in 2023.
Research
Her research focuses on applying mass spectrometry–based metabolomics and proteomics to investigate molecular changes and associated biochemical pathways across biological conditions, using a precision-omics approach that aligns molecular profiling with phenotypic transitions.
