During his master’s training, Yawar worked on cancer subtype detection using histopathological (biopsy) images through machine learning and neural network–based approaches.
Education
Yawar holds a Master’s degree in Bioinformatics and a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry.
Research
Yawar’s research interests include machine learning, with a focus on applying computational methods to biological data. His research leverages High-Performance Computing and Natural Language Processing to accelerate discovery in plant genomics.
