Genome Science and Technology (GST)

Koirala completed his B.Sc.(Agriculture) from Tribhuvan University and an M.Sc.(Genetics and Plant Breeding) from Agriculture and Forestry University in Nepal. He also completed an M.S.(Sustainable Agriculture) at Lincoln University, Missouri.

His research experience spans plant molecular biology, physiology, genomics, bioinformatics, and quantitative data analysis. He hasMy current research interests include genomics, systems biology, multi-omics data integration, and computational approaches to understanding complex biological mechanisms. received several awards, including a conference poster award, an NSF travel award, and selection as a National Association of Plant Breeders Borlaug Scholar.
