Rachel serves as Academic Advisor to students in all three PhD programs. This includes:

• Supports matriculation and provides guidance on issues concerning student success
• Student engagement and community
• Collaborates on recruiting efforts and admissions
• Point of contact for all UT Graduate School and Academic policy

Rachel is currently completing a Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration in the College of Education, Health, and Human Sciences at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She is committed to the advanced study, research, and personal growth in this field and connecting with each of the students in their respective programs.
