Rachel serves as Academic Advisor to students in all three PhD programs. This includes:

• Supports matriculation and provides guidance on issues concerning student success
• Student engagement and community
• Collaborates on recruiting efforts and admissions
• Point of contact for all UT Graduate School and Academic policy

Rachel earned her MS degree in Higher Education Administration from the University of Tennessee. Her research focused on support and accessibility for students with invisible disabilities in STEM graduate education.
